Successful, lasting businesses have always understood the importance of wellbeing. Thankfully, now more than ever before, wellbeing for employees at all levels of business has emerged into the limelight. Take a look at the government infographics, and it's easy to see why.

 

Add to this the effects of a global pandemic throughout 2020 and 2021, in which individuals have battled with the loss of contact with families, friends and colleagues, as well as the stresses of impacts on businesses and incomes, and wellbeing might just be the single highest priority for the emerging world.

While sick days cost your business money, the unquantifiable effects to being physically present at work with little or no sense of wellbeing are evident; a lack of morale, productivity and goodwill. Individuals with a sense of wellbeing are productive, creative and motivated.

I've worked across many sectors, implementing whole staff and individual programmes that have drastically improved the wellbeing of workers. The outcomes benefit everyone.

I've worked in the NHS and Public Health and Health Sector for 20 years. Working alongside fantastic colleagues and clients, I feel fortunate to love what I do.

Whilst the core principles of wellbeing remain largely intact, a lot has changed in that time. Through continual training, I stay up to speed with the latest research and guidance, so that my clients receive the best possible service.

I love living in Cornwall. Surrounded by beautiful coastline and rolling countryside, getting outside and into nature with my family and friends is time well spent.

 

I'm a keen sportswoman, taking time to cycle, swim, run, and attend kettlebell classes

As mum to 10 year old twins and wife to Nick, life is busy, but full of enjoyment and appreciation.
